ATICO CON TERRAZA - cerca a MADRID RIO

Apartament bardzo czysty, wygodny. Bliskość Rio Madryt to dodatkowy atut.

Location was next to metro and supermarket ( only walk like 5min) and feels safe place. Also the terrace was good for the good weather we had.

Firstly was dirty, we found lots of hairs on the shower and kitchen utensils dirty. The kitchen even worked well was broken and the terrace didn’t have the covers/ cushions. Also, the first night we had a problem with the window and we contact them, they told us they will contact maintenance and that day will tell us something but the only thing they say was they will come the next day (no specific time and also we needed to sleep with the window open) thanks that my partner fix it after 1h trying but they never contact us again about this.

Appartamento pulito e fornito di tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno! La terrazza è fantastica, il letto davvero molto comodo. Tornerò al 100%

Posizione comoda in quanto la metro è vicina e in 15 min si arriva comodamente in centro. L'appartamento è molto carino e riesce ad ospitare non più di tre persone. Ben arredato e dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici.

Le asciugamani che il proprietario mette a disposizione sono troppo poche (una del viso per 3 persone, per tre giorni). Abbiamo trovato nell'appartamento solo una cialda per il caffè (eravamo 3 ospiti) per l'intero nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo dovuto provvedere noi a comprarlo al supermercato. Sia per il check-in che per il check-out il proprietario è stato poco flessibile.

Para poder acceder al apartamento tuve que esperar a que una persona viniera a entregarme las llaves, intenté acordar una hora de llegada y fue muy díficil, tuve que esperar más de 2 horas desde mi llegada (18:00) hasta poder entrar, además una vez dentro comprobé que la vitrocerámica estaba rota y la puerta del baño también, he tardado más de 1 mes (numeros intentos de contacto) para que me hicieran llegar la factura En resumen: 0 profesionalidad.
