ATICO CON TERRAZA - cerca a MADRID RIO

Ubicación ( combinaciones de bus y metro muy cerca) y espacio apartamento.

Algunos elementos deteriorados pero no incompatibles con una buena estancia.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos este año. La ubicación es muy buena. Hay buenas opciones de comunicación, tanto metros y autobuses muy cerca. Supermercado lidl a escasos metros y restaurantes de comida rápida. Tiene comodidades para pasar tu estancia. La terraza genial

*la terraza, está genial, pero a falta de luz y no tiene cojines,los sillones, que es lo que sale en la foto y así sin cojines es un poco incomodo. *en la cocina, echamos en falta horno, y escurridor de pasta. *el aire, en verano, no enfria demasiado.

Spacious & cozy apartment with equipped kitchen & nice terrace where you can chill in the evenings. We were 3 persons, and place is totally ok. You should know exactly when you will arrive, as there is no self check in option - another person is coming to give you a key.

El alojamiento era cómodo

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y por mucho que llamé no pusieron ni arreglo ni disposición a arreglarlo Nos dejamos unas camisas en el armario y afortunadamente nos avisaron de ello pero recuperarlas ha sido una odisea

We had a truly wonderful stay and would like to extend a heartfelt thank you. This was honestly one of the best places we’ve stayed in while visiting Madrid. It’s perfectly located away from the busy hustle of the city centre, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment, yet still incredibly well connected. With a metro station less than five minutes away, served by Line 3, getting into the heart of Madrid was quick and easy, taking under 20 minutes. The local area had everything we needed. There were plenty of late-night shops nearby, including a 24-hour corner shop just a couple of minutes from the property, which was incredibly useful, especially as we arrived after 9pm when most other places were closed. We also loved the feel of the neighbourhood, with lots of lovely cafés close by. It gave the area a real local charm and made it feel very welcoming. Having a Lidl just across the road was another big advantage, ideal for picking up groceries if you plan to cook during your stay. The flat was fully air-conditioned, keeping us comfortable throughout, and the balcony was a perfect spot to relax in the evenings. All in all, the place exceeded our expectations and is definitely worth considering if you’re planning a trip to Madrid. Thank you again for such a lovely stay.

AC could be more cooler but it was still bare able in this 37 degree heat.
