"Suite okay. Customer service is bad."

No breakfast in the package. The poolside suite is okay, but no view of the city whatsoever, it was blocked by another building. The toilet was quite smelly when I first arrived.

The check in was quite a hassle because you can't park anywhere near where the keys are located, it's also frustrating because you keep on waiting for the reply in WhatsApp which took quite a while. The doors to the pool can't be closed as several hooks are detached, the air conditioning remote is not in English (we struggled to turn it on at first). They gave you only 1 card, so when you need to go to your car to take things or whatsoever you have to bring everyone together (I have kids so it's troublesome). I checked out on 14th June, now is already 30th July BUT MY DEPOSIT IS STILL NOT REFUNDED by them. I keep on asking via WhatsApp but they just auto replied to wait for 48 hours multiple times, then ghosted me entirely. The suite is okay, but the service itself is VERY TERRIBLE.

"Stress Experience with host."

The room n location is good, i repeated to go this hotel (the P...s)but host by different operator by Greystone Management(bad)1st time using them . Worst experience, a day before i go melaka try to call greystone host for directionn to get my key for the said hotel, i called more than 30times nobody pick the phone 03 7890 5005 then call book.com Ai Kelly attend to my call n repeated questions by ai 7times n i reply my issues 7times, ai said will direct me to human customer service but still direct me back to Ai Kelly.. haiz. B4reach melaka, managed to keep in touch with the host thru what apps, only can communicate thru what apps with direction, they asked for deposit under Greystone management n deciced reached destination only pay deposit. Reached the destination, heard there is a supermarket beside the key postbox. Asked the staff, said greystone no more longer the host operated but yet want me to give rm 200 deposit under greaystone management(look so scam) clarify with staff finally spoken to the new owner that took over g.stone n managed to get my room to the postbox code to get my key. Tumb up for the new host to resolved my problem n waived deposit. Imagine i gave the g.stone deposit thru online n yet they didn't give the post box code i may lost my hotel fees plus rm200=rm475. I checked with older review by previous user n saw many complaints on their returning the deposit.

I suggest book.com do not use much ai system, when one call to want to resolved the problem but it direct to ai which ask 7times n me rrply 7times, how franstrurted the situation. Still didnt speak to one human customer service staff

Clean and nice

All information not send immediately Ex: after check out and inform agent ....only next day respomse and ask to fill up in order to get the deposit. This should be improved coz we oay before we check in ,so they should pqy immediately too

The EV charger was nearby

the corridor and the bottom of the wash basin (bathroom) were moldy; the sofa was smelly; remote control was damaged, could do with newer bath towels.

• The checking system is really bad. Supposed to let customers have the pin before check in, not we arrived there and still need to wait to get the pin. • ⁠The room is smelly like the smell of damp. Supposed to put air refresher or something - ⁠That toilet is clogged. Can’t flush
