הבטיחו שהמיני בר יהיה מלא בשתיה ובחטיפים וזה לא היה. ארוחת הוולקם היתה עלובה.

Great dinner and extremely helpful staff Managed to find us a last minute table when another restaurant was full. If you stay at 7C you should definitely have dinner there!

The room was large and nicely designed, and we received a welcome drink and snack on arrival, which was a lovely touch. The service was pleasant, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor hot bath in the garden

location isn’t great for exploring on foot — there’s very little within walking distance, though it wasn’t a big issue for us since we had a car. The hotel is part of a winery, but you hardly feel it: no included tastings, no English tours, and no explanations about the vineyard, which felt like a missed opportunity. Room cleaning is not done daily, which is surprising given the high price point. Finally, the breakfast wasn’t to our taste — an odd mix of Western and Japanese dishes — and we ended up preferring the nearby 7-Eleven.

Amazing room and area around the hotel. Everything from the welcome drink to the checkout exceeded our expectations.
