Fantastic property with the beautiful garden! Great dinner menu with the matching wine.

I loved the spacious room, the private outdoor hot bath, and the beautiful garden surrounding it. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and made sure we had all the information we needed. Breakfast was also quite good and a great start to the day.

There’s little to do in the area after dark, and the hotel restaurant—being the only option—felt expensive. The winery tour was also limited to one daily session and only in Japanese.

唯一就是辦理入住時的女職員經常在對話一半時離開去處理其他事情，而且本身我沒有訂晚餐，她跟我說有訂還讓我選晚餐主菜，check out時果然是要額外付費，但晚餐我很滿意，非常好的體驗，如果可以再訓練一下這位職員會更好些！

Beautiful, chic, and clean. So modern and sleek. Stunning garden and sunsets. The tub on the deck is not large enough to stretch out your legs, but it is nice and deep and the water gets very hot. The breakfast delivery was beautiful, even comes with another smaller bottle of wine. This place was so peaceful, we absolutely loved it.

We paid for an unlimited drink package with snacks, which were nuts, dried fruit, some meat sticks, and cheese. While they were very happy to give us another bottle of wine, the snacks were only available once and not for refill. A tiny bit disappointed additional snacks were not included as there isn’t anything to eat on property aside from the amazing dinner at night, so we were pretty hungry until dinner that night. Just a minor thing though. If we had known, we would have brought additional snacks for the room.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and well designed, with a private onsen and a small garden, which made the space quite charming. However, note that the rooms face the opposite side of Mount Fuji, so there is no view of the mountain.

Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. We arrived around 4 p.m., after a long trip in heavy rain, and asked if we could have dinner at the hotel. We were told that main dishes were unavailable because we had not reserved in advance — something that was never mentioned during the booking process. We were only offered light appetizers. Considering it’s a winery hotel, we were also surprised by the very high wine prices compared to other places in Japan. It would have been a thoughtful touch to welcome guests with at least a glass of wine. Overall, we felt the value for money was poor. The hotel doesn’t match the standard of other 5-star properties in Japan. We also felt somewhat overcharged — from the expensive snacks (nothing complimentary in the room) to the limited “dinner” and even the extra fee charged for just a few minutes of late check-out. It’s a beautiful property with potential, but the service and pricing policies need significant improvement.
