7c villa and winery

Die 7c Villa & Winery war der letzte Luxus, den wir uns auf unserer Reise gegönnt haben – und sie hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Wir erhielten ein riesiges Zimmer mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man in dieser Preiskategorie erwarten darf. Besonders gefallen hat uns das private Bad auf der Terrasse, das wir oft und mit großer Freude genutzt haben. Die Zimmer waren makellos sauber, und die gesamte Anlage wirkt modern und hochwertig – ein Stil, der uns persönlich sehr gut gefallen hat. Direkt an das Hotel angeschlossen ist ein wunderschöner Store, in dem man viele leckere lokale Spezialitäten findet. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Sehr praktisch fanden wir außerdem, dass kostenlose Fahrräder und sogar E-Bikes zur Verfügung stehen, wodurch man extrem flexibel unterwegs ist. Wir haben die Bikes am letzten Tag genutzt, da wir zuvor hauptsächlich mit dem Auto unterwegs waren. Das Parken war ebenfalls unkompliziert, da man direkt vor dem Hotel parken kann. Als Winery hat die Anlage einen leicht europäischen Touch, gleichzeitig versucht man, eine Brücke zwischen Europa und Japan zu schlagen – und das gelingt nach unserer Meinung sehr gut. Wir fühlten uns während unseres gesamten dreitägigen Aufenthalts am Mount Fuji äußerst wohl und konnten die Zeit wirklich genießen. Wir würden die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen!

In dieser Preiskategorie hätten wir erwartet, dass unser Gepäck aufs Zimmer gebracht wird. Bei anderen Gästen war das auch der Fall, bei uns jedoch nicht – warum, haben wir nicht ganz verstanden. Außerdem hat das Hotel selbst keinen direkten Blick auf den Mount Fuji. Man muss zuerst in Richtung See laufen, um den Fuji zu sehen. Das ist zwar kein großer Aufwand, aber man sollte es wissen, wenn man sich eine Aussicht direkt vom Zimmer oder der Anlage aus erhofft.

ホスピタリティ：働かれていらっしゃる方のおもてなし、接客が温かく居心地の良い空間でした。 今回の利用では朝食のみの利用でしたが、とても美味しかったです！そしてワイナリーのツアーとテイスティングも楽しかったです。

Camera fredda ( ci ha messo ore a scaldarsi) zero vista. Attaccati ad un parcheggio su una strada in mezzo a capannoni .Luci Camera non regolabili . Mancanza di tavolini di fianco al letto. Mancanza di amenities nel bagno. Non si può scegliere colazione. Troppa luce la mattina ( tenda non oscurante) . sauna solo a pagamento.

La limpieza de la habitación, así como el tamaño. Camas muy cómodas y grandes. El personal fue de lo más amable. Pudimos utilizar un par de bicis del Hotel para pasear por el lago y esa excursión fue lo mejor del viaje. El Hotel no tiene vistas al monte Fuji, pero está a unos minutos del lago desde el que tienes unas vistas increíbles de él. Había una amplia variedad de amenities así como un par de pijamas para el interior de la habitación y otro para el exterior. También hay un par de chaquetas que te dejan usar fuera del Hotel si no has llevado suficiente abrigo.

La comida seria lo único que quizá nos gustó menos. Poca variedad en el restaurante del Hotel y con un precio quizás algo elevado. El desayuno bastante pobre y poco apetecible, aunque entiendo que esto va a gustos.

I proposed to my partner on this stay. The staff were so helpful and made it so effortless in my planning around it. I am forever grateful for this. The intimate setting matched with phenomenal service really made this trip one to remember The Villas were the nicest accommodation we have stayed in Japan. (We visited 6 cities on our trip) The dinner and wine pairing was so intimate and and attentive We will be back

I could not fault a thing.

NOT RECOMMEND. The place looks very modern and designed with good taste. We took the biggest villa which was more than 100,000 yen per night. However that is all good I can say about the place. We felt no effort from the staff to try and make up for the disappointment we felt during our stay. We ordered in advance the beef stew thinking we can order from the menu as well, which mind you was sitting on our table. However no one came to us and explained we can order from the appetisers before the main dish was served to us. Moreover, we waited too long for the waitress to come and take our wine order. Additionally, cleaning was not done even though we asked for it on our arrival. Also, no explanation about the facilities inside the hotel including the sauna. We found out later that the sauna can be reserved in particular time slots, which in evening are 17:30 - 19:00 and 20:00 - 21:30. However, dinner is served at 19:30 which doesn’t make any sense since there is little time left in between. Overall staff attitude was to do the least possible.
