"A homely, welcoming stay right in the heart of the old town"

The staff at the cafe are extremely kind, helpful and always cheerful. the room was lovely. Old style, with high raked timber ceilings, a small balcony, a decent bathroom, and a modern AC unit. Everything was spotlessly clean. The cafe is great, with excellent coffee and good food. The location is right in the heart of the oldest and most interesting area of Panaji.

La ubicación es excelente para explorar a pie Panjim. La habitación es sencilla pero súper cómoda y la atención de Mery y todos los que están allí es super amable. El lugar al tener una cafetería huele a cinamon roll y es delicioso.

The room exceeded all my expectations — it looks even better in person than in the photos, trust me! It was a cozy, sweet space in a perfect location, making it super convenient to get around. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, almost like a home away from home. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the staff. They were absolutely AMAZING — so kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Every interaction was full of warmth, and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Their hospitality added such a personal touch and really elevated the whole experience. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

"Sehr gute Lage im Altstadtquartier"

Die guten Bewertungen sind berechtigt und ich kann dem nichts Neues hinzufügen. Als ich ankam, waren wegen eines Organisationsversehens beide Zimmer oberhalb des Cafés belegt, aber es wurde mir unproblematisch und ohne Aufpreis für die erste Nacht ein (teureres) Zimmer in einem luxuriösem Hotel in kurzer Entfernung organisiert. Am zweiten Tag zog ich dann um; mir haben beide Aufenthalte gut gefallen.

Es war alles in Ordnung; das Buchungsproblem wurde professionell gelöst.

It is in a great location in Fontainhus. The cafe is also walking distance to most parts of Panjim
