Big rooms. Nice balcony as a bonus that is not shown on the pictures. Lovely people. The property really looks better in real than on the pictures

I always felt I was at my home. The staff, especially Mary, are always available on the 4 front. She is a hardworking young girl who makes you feel at home. Also, Ashok is in charge of maintenance and cleaning of the premises. His wife is hardworking and excellent cook.The premises have a CAFE Ederra is par excellence and well decorated.you will find all types of sweets ,beverages, and a list of Goan and continental food and breakfast.Last but not least the premises has its own bakery making all types of bread,and cakes etc. The room I was staying in was big and spotlessly clean and good-sized bathroom. The nice balcony with a lovely view of greenery and outside roads Some staff are new with no experience but fast learning from older staff. Also I had one bad experience. One night, I came late, and the guy responsible for the night shift was nowhere to be found. I could not find my room key,and after 45 minutes of rigorous search, I found the key hidden under a desk in a remote corner.

The location is good, but unfortunately, taxis are very expensive and controlled by strong unions.

Excellent stay. Easy check-in. The staff were extremely helpful. There was a problem with my air con and they found the best solution available. Generally, the cafe was a nice place to sit and work. Great staff, great stay.

Great location. Very comfortable and very quaint.

Best service. And a clean clean place. Sushant and Saina, kudos. It is a quaint place with only two rooms, but at a lovely location. Take a walk out on the roads and enjoy the old world charm of Goa Altino style houses and paths. .

Breakfast. The Cafe is a great place. And Sushant runs it so well. But for breakfast it opens only by 9.30 am. So you are forced to go out and have yours.

Beautifully clean, fresh and airy room. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff who helped us up with our bags.

The cafe was very expensive, although of course you don’t have to eat there. We had paid to stay 2 nights but shortened it to 1 as we weren’t keen on the city itself.
