Ederra Stays & Cafe

The stay is above a cute cafe in the heart of Panjim, Goa. it's absolutely adorable and the staff are so friendly and helpful!

the AC in one of the rooms didn't work properly, it should be replaced as it is quite old.

The location is Superb , The staff (Sushant and Sanya) are welcoming . We stayed for 2 days and had a lovely time . Located in the centre of Panjim ,where everything is approachable.

Location is nearby to major locations, room was spacious and neat. Toiletries were provided and the cooling was efficient. Even though we arrived quite late past the check-in time, there was a person to assist us with the bags and take us to the room.

Everything was in order. Nthng to complain abt.

Location is superb, cafe underneath has good coffee! The staff are absolutely lovely and went so far out of their way to help us (taxi, laundry, even boxes for sending parcels home). The room was really spacious and plenty comfortable for a 4 day stay, with storage space and a couple of comfy chairs (even a rocking chair!) The room on the left is a lot nicer. Room for improvement - the aircon was very old and very loud (though it did work). The balcony was so filthy that we avoided going out there... not really a usable space, the dust and dirt looked like the accumulation of years. There's no desk in the room, which made remote work a bit more tricky. No room clean / housekeeping provided, so we were using the same towels and linens for the whole trip (not a huge deal as it was only 5 days) and the bin got very full.

I came earlier. The room was ready and I could use it without any problems. The hosts are very friendly. The room very clean, a little balcony with view to palms. In my room the internet was perfect. The Café is very nice with very cool temperature. A short way to all sightseeings.

Old house perfectly fixed up, super clean and well equipped (I could even iron my clothes!!!). Spacious high ceilinged rooms. Very friendly staff. A great address Would love to go again 🙂

Warm welcome helped with our suitcases on arrival and departure Great food from the onsite cafe Fabulous location for getting out to see the sights. Very clean

A charming stay in the heart of Fountainhas! The room was clean, comfortable with high ceilings. The cafe and staff downstairs are also excellent!

Lovely large room, fantastic location and nice cafe downstairs.

Wi-fi in the room was only available next to the door but was very strong in the cafe downstairs
