We loved this place. It is in the heart of Fontainhas close to the historic Panjim Inn and the Panjim Pousada , both of which are worth a visit. Our room was beautiful, spacious. elegant and very comfortable. We had a change of plan and our booking was changed at no cost! Sushant and Saaniya were so friendly and helpful. I would give this place 11/10 if I could!

"Perfect location, large room, super comfortable and best coffee in India!!!"

Super comfortable and clean. Perfect location, hot water, large room, aircon, kettle and cafe downstairs. A young girl Saani made the best cappuccino I have had in my 2mths in India, piping hot and perfect. The veg pesto sandwich also excellent. Great location, stay here and order a cappuccino with Saani!!!

Very comfortable and spacious bedroom, in a quiet street in Fontainhas, but at distance-walk to everything in Pangim. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back!

Beautiful room, lovely furnishings, lighting and plants. Very homely, would love to have stayed longer. The shower was amazing. Great cafe downstairs too.
