Zentral gelegen und sehr großes Apartment mit Balkon.

Einrichtung zusammengewürfelt und teilweise abgewohnt.

Sehr zentrale Lage, viele Bars und Restaurants direkt vor der Tür. Schlafzimmer trotzdem nach hinten raus ruhig gelegen. Tolle große Terrasse. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber.

Das Mobiliar ist zum Teil schon älter, aber es ist alles da was man braucht. Im Hochsommer ohne Klimaanlage evtl. etwas warm, es gibt aber Ventilatoren.

Accomodatie en het ruime balkon aan de achterkant (rustige kant)

Niet echt schoon, geen airco (wel ventilatoren), douchekop die niet goed in de houder past (alles nat), slecht onderhouden (onkruid en dode planten in potten op het balkon, vieze gordijnen, rooster in de deur met stof en ducttape dicht gemaakt), matige ontvangst.

Die Lage war sehr gut und die Wohnung war sauber. Auch das Check-in war sehr einfach.

Wir waren grundsätzlich zufrieden. Das Bett war ein bisschen alt und sollte ersetzt werden, weil die weisse Beschichtung des Kunstleders abbröckelt.

Sauberkeit Möbel veraltet

Die Wohnung war groß und gemütlich. Die Kuche hatte das Notige zum Kochen. Die Lage war sehr zentral , trotzdem war das Schlaffzimmer sehr ruhig.

Die Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen.

Ubytování bylo velmi prostorné a pohodlné, apartmán nabízí dostatek místa i pro delší pobyt. I když není úplně nový a je znát, že už byl častěji využíván, vše bylo funkční a čisté. Ložnice je orientovaná do klidnější části, mimo hlavní ulici, což bylo příjemné na spaní. Oceňuji dostatek úložných prostor i dobře vybavenou kuchyňskou část, kde nechybělo základní nádobí ani spotřebiče. Koupelna byla vybavená sprchovým koutem, vše v pořádku. Lokalita je výborná – asi 15 minut chůze od vlakového nádraží a centra města. V okolí je navíc spousta skvělých restaurací, takže výběr jídla byl vždy snadný. Předání klíčů proběhlo hladce a bez problémů. Cena odpovídala kvalitě ubytování. Celkově příjemné a funkční zázemí pro pobyt ve městě, které bych klidně doporučila dál. Bologna je úžasné město s krásnou atmosférou a architekturou, které rozhodně stojí za návštěvu. Navíc je skvělým výchozím bodem pro výlety vlakem – do Pisy, Modeny, Parmy, Florencie, Benátek nebo Milána. Stačí si jen vybrat. Celkově velmi příjemný pobyt, který bych bez váhání doporučila.

This property was in a great location to access the main attractions as well as for restaurants and bars. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The balcony was great to relax after a day out.

We didn’t like that there was no air conditioning. We were aware of this when booking, but with the temperature being 34+, a fan could not cool the room down at night despite what we had hoped. The apartment is located above a bar which gets quite noisy if the windows are open. This wasn’t an issue for us as we weren’t using the living room so much, but we noticed that the smell of cigarette smoke does fill up the living room in the evening from the bar below.
