The location is great, in the city center, with all tourist attractions nearby. The area is safe.

It should be noted that not all the facilities mentioned in the description are actually available. There is no coffee/tea maker, and no TV even though it is shown in the pictures. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. There is no dishwashing detergent. The kitchen has only the bare minimum of utilities. The shower works with difficulty — sometimes it can be used, other times not. Problems with hot water in the bathroom

Fantastic central location on lively pedestrian street full of great places to eat and drink,. It was quiet in the bedroom at the back, and the quiet little verandah was a bonus. An easy walk to all the main historic sights and the railway station.

Facilities are basic but sufficient. Well worth sacrificing luxury for location.

Everything is great! The location is amazing (i kindly recommend to eat at Fuori Orsa Beer Pub, and skip the lines everywhere else)! It is warm, clean, hot water with good pressure, nice quiet terrace. Asked for the crib for the infant, the crib was good. A separate thank you for the late check in and late check out

It was big, simple but functional. Great location. Great terrace.

Do not expect it to be fancy

Location and very roomy for family of three. Great water pressure. Kitchen was fairly new and dishwater and utensils are provided.

Climate control was just “oscillating fan”. No A/C. Toilet was not secured to the floor and tips easily (very dangerous). One of shower doors bottom sealed was missing and every time we took a shower, water leaked on the floor. The Overhead light for vanity was not working. Someone broke the switch but hasn’t repaired. Windows are very old with single pane and no insulation from sun heat. Also no screen. We couldn’t open windows in night without bugs coming into room. Shutters are very old and the living room one was not closable. Could not use their washing machine (no instruction for how to use machine - need English instruction) Need TLC to up keeping unit and hire better cleaning services.
