The location is great. Close to city center and train station.

The appartment is in an old building and it has the specific smell - the sewage smell, which you can notive as soon as you enter the appartment. The kitchen is basic equipped, but there is no coffee machine (although it says so in the description of the appartment). The exit to the terrace is through the bathroom. The only blanket had a stain on it (the blanket was black and the stain was white), so clearly it had not been washed recently. During the last night, the central heating of the appartment, the gas and the hot water broke and we stayed in cold. I called the owner at 6am (I travelled with a 5 year old) to let him know about the problem and the fact that the appartment was cold, but his phone was on off. I left him a message o Whatsapp to which he replied around 7:30 am saying that he does now know what the problem is and if I can check a button that should be on the wall - there was no button. I told him that he should take care of the matter and that for a price of 150 euro per night it is not acceptable to be without hot water and heating. The communication was poor and I was truly dissapointed of how he/she handled the situation. I do not recommend this location, except for the location.
