I wish they left more towels and paper products - tissues, paper towels, etc.

Location, cleanliness, free parking, facilities, communication.

How close it was to everything, even within walking distance of York Cathedral. The bed was so comfy. The facility to control the heating. Free private parking. Quiet and very clean. Proper comfortable seetee. Clear instructions and regular updates. Overall a fantastic experience would definately return.

Didn't have breakfast so can't comment, and the location was very good.

The car park wasn't easy to find, you really did need to watch the video first! Also, the heating was a bit hit and miss, on 2 days to radiators did not come on at all in the evening and had to be made to come on. Finally the apartment was moden but very plain, could do with some personalition, such as cushions, a print over the bed head, a few pots and/or fake plants would have helped.

Parking barrier code was changed during our stay. We were not informed. Tried telephoning, no reply. Welcome Lets employee walked into car park and saw our situation he told us of the change.
