GBEverything was excellent. The place was spotless on arrival and felt like a welcoming home where we were able to relax and be comfortable.
This is decidedly minor - but the drawers in the main bedroom were difficult to open and close. It would also have been helpful if there was a bowl/dish available for cooking in the microwave - only because we eat oats made in the microwave for breakfast.

GBLovely clean tidy house. Loved the study/Library room and selection of books to read. Well stocked with spare items in case needed them. Good information book full of usefull stuff. Very comfy bed. Loved the bed covers. Lovely well stocked kitchen with useful items to use. House close to the Railway as thats what we came for, as visited for a Steam Gala. Was magical hearing the trains in the morning and at night time. We are big railway fans so thats why we chose to stay here. Will definatly stay again, but might come on our own. It was nice to be so close to the town as well to go and look around the shops. Loved the book shop. Brought some good books home from there to read.
Smoke alarm went off twice when opening the ovan. Was quite sensitive.

Bathroom towels stay damp as there is no heated towel rail. Duvets could be better.

BEIt was a lovely stay, in a beautiful house, nicely decorated. Very clean, and welcoming. The owner is so kind and available. There is everything you need in this place! +, the house is located in a beautiful town that you can visit by walk. Lively town with a lot pubs, etc
