Brampton Holiday Cottage @ 4 Gelt Road

Lovely cottage. Clean, comfy and stylish. Great location in the lovely town of Brampton.

A screen at the end of the downstairs shower would be useful, but that's being picky.

The cottage was so beautifully clean and comfortable, it was so tastefully decorated and the hosts went out of their way to accommodate us with the cot ready with baby blanket and towel as well as the high chair left accessible. The whole cottage was very comfortable with plenty space for all of us. The area is a great for exploring- close to the Scottish border and the Lake District and we had a fabulous time at Talkin Tarn nearby as well as at Walby Farm Park; also not far. We also visited Hadrian's Wall, another local attraction.

The bath upstairs should have been a shower so there would have been two bathrooms with a shower instead of one shower bathroom downstairs

Had to use the shower downstairs as no shower over the bath.

no instructions on how to use heating system or induction cook top and stove. Bottom toilet does not flush well and there is no drying room for wet walking gear
