3 BR Southside Loft - Amazing Location

Even though the exterior of the building is old, the apartment inside is furnished well and kept very clean. All the three rooms are big and spacious, and the bathroom is kept very hygienic too.

The air wouldn’t go below 77 in the apartment and that was horrible because it was already 95 outside.

Good location - clear instructions to get in. Okay for a short stay but not comfortable enough for a longer term stay.

The host messaged me SEVERAL times before my stay about the number of people we had staying, which was annoying. I'm a busy person and don't want to be bothered about these things. I personally think it's ridiculous that while there are 3 bedrooms (which could accommodate 6 people), they try to up-charge you for more than 3 people, but anyway...The furniture/beds were not that comfortable and the house was in need of a good deep cleaning and paint. I'm from Pittsburgh, and while this is a classic old Pittsburgh house, but it could still be upkept better than it was. Also no parking is available unless you want to pay $10.

The price for all the available bedrooms was nice. The property manager Nick was very friendly and was quick to answer.

It gets very busy at night with alot of people walking through the street. Parking can be a challenge.
