3 BR Southside Loft - Amazing Location

The apartment was clean and spacious 3 separate bedrooms and one small bath. Everything worked fine Owner very good communicator Neighborhood was fun and lots to do Definitely buy the parking pass

The furniture was so raggedy it was not even livable or you can’t even sit on it. There was burn holes and dirt everywhere. We stayed in one room the bedroom that first one we was that scared to even stay at night, but they cannot relocate us.

It was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities. The property was located close to the things we were interested in doing, so it was a great fit.

I loved the location!!! You're right in the middle of everything!!

Parking

Very close to the flats night life ! Didn’t need an Uber very good value , public parking with cameras down the street ! I think it was a tad outdated beds were of needing upgrades. But it was spacious and the owners was very friendly.

It was clean and comfortable... the deck was awesome to have available. Spacious, large bedrooms, great living space

Very Minor.... but there could have been moor pots and pans for cooking...

It was a good location. The apartment was spacious. The owner was so quick to respond to any question. He reached out to make sure everything was ok.

It had a very nice home feeling. Almost convinced me to move out here.
