3 BR Southside Loft - Amazing Location

No breakfast Nothing much to like

There is absolutely no parking available anywhere and an enormous amount of time was wasted on finding parking. The car was ticketed one day and thankfully the owner picked up the ticket. So "parking available" is totally misleading. It is not available and the owner is unable or unwilling to arrange for one. There was no plunger in the toilets and they kept getting blocked. When we complained, the owner first said there was a plunger and finally sent one through an associate. The air conditioner just could not generate cold air-- it was hopelessly inadequate.

Nice size rooms, clean

Couch was uncomfortable, shower drips after shutting off. Parking was a challenge to find a space nearby.

it was clean and had multiple bedrooms

The parking at the location was annoying. having to pay to park every day.

location and cleanness

The a/c froze and didn’t work and it was extremely hot in the apartment. There was no a/c in any of the bedrooms nor fans for airflow

location and value was excellent. the communication Nick provides was excellent too. having the option to purchase off street parking was a great value.
