"Although the premises is good. The organisation around it is horrific and not thought out for the customer."

The property was clean and a good location.

It’s very difficult to find the keys and access to the garage. You need two separate codes in two separate boxes . You receive about 8 messages to be able to access the keys. You have to pay a £500 deposit before they will allow you access to the keys . The £500 deposit takes around 11 days to be returned to you after you vacate the property. They cleaned the garage during my stay and I was asked to move the car at 9 pm to parking above ground and then to move the car back at 2 pm the next day. Extremely odd. The car park is tight.

Location worked well for us And beds were comfortable

*Alot of confusion on which keysafe to open to get into the appartmant, not clear instructions. *The amount of messages received from Amena REP while staying there, did not feel relaxed on my stay. *messages about being charged if we made a mistake with putting rubbish in wrong place, which ment me to taking my rubbish home with me! *The fact i was asked to move my car from car park at certain times, one day, so they could clean the car park, when i was staying there to visut london, not staying at the apartment to make sure my car was moved for them.

Tolle, sehr saubere Wohnung. Wohnung im oberen Stock, Aufzug vorhanden. Sehr sauber und geräumig. 3-4 Parkplätze vor dem Objekt.

Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr schlecht. Mehrere Telefonate und E-Mails von unserer Seite, um nach Stunden in die Wohnung zu kommen bzw den Schlüssel aus dem Schlüsselsafe holen zu können. Kein WiFi Code übermittelt, trotz Anfrage. Kauion hinterlegt - Wohnung einwandfrei überlassen. Hoffen auf entsprechende Rückübermittlung. Bei Hintetlegung der Daten andere Wohnadresse übermittelt bekommen. Totales Chaos!!!
