We have stayed here quite a few times over the last 2 years, and it is the first property in Hornsea that I check availability for every time we return. Delighted to have secured it for this latest stay, and there were no disappointments, so we will return again as soon as we can. Its a perfect little place for two, beautifully appointed, always cosy, and Gary the owner living next door makes sure you are made welcome and have everything you need. Some goodies offered on arrival are a nice touch and we really appreciated this generosity. Can't wait for next time!

Great location very clean and comfortable

Cooking facilities are limited to microwave and 2 rings. An oven would have been good. Although probably not enough space maybe offer an airfyer

It was brilliant throughout clean, fabulous location and little touches from the owner like milk etc for us and treats for our fur baby

Cosy cottage in an ideal location close to the beach and bars. Very clean and comfortable An excellent host, greeted us with a fresh pork pie also milk and nibbles in the cottage for our arrival. Cooking facilities and sky TV so no need to venture out if wanting a quiet night in.. Definitely value for money.
