Great location for the Prom and beach. Can't praise this little cottage enough, very happy with our stay. The most comfortable bed ever, awesome bathroom/shower. Well set out. Everything you need in the kitchen. Met at door by owner who lives nextdoor. One of the best places we've stayed. Well done 👍

Keys were in a lock box and owner lived joining so also came out to say hi

My only 2 wishes were a hairdryer (couldn't find one) and a sofa bed as someone decided to snore so had to attempt a sofa sleep!

"Gem of a place"

The location,the cleanliness,the friendlyness of the owner , Gary,and helpfulness of Jane. The place is a gem,a haven ,5min walk to all amenities,2 min to sea front, excellent park's to walk in,transpenine trail,we've already booked for next year..once you've been.. you'll definitely want to come back...and so peaceful. Thankyou Jane and Gary ❤️

Gary was friendly and helpfful and left us a lovely pork pie. Lovely, clean property.

Had difficulty using the induction hob.. little too technical.
