Seashell Cottage - Dog friendly 1 bed cottage close to the sea

Gary our host was just next door and on hand if we had any problems. He was very helpful pointing out where the best places to eat were and a good takeaway. An added bonus was the homemade pork pie and apples from his Dad's garden. The apartment was ideal for our long weekend. Hornsea is a small seaside town, but has everything you need. The sea front was a 5 min walk away and the town was a 10 min walk. Enough choice of bars and places to eat. Would recommend the Victoria Inn, the service was brilliant and food was yummy. Hubbie had the mixed grill...Ive never seen anything like it!! The apartment was warm, clean and comfortable. The shower was great, and kitchen facilities were excellent. We were able to park right outside the apartment. We would highly recommend this accommodation, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Gary we hope to return, perhaps next year 😀

Very close to coast and local amenities good for dogs.Had a very lovely greeting from owner with a nice touch of a beautiful pork pie and treats for the dog.😊😊😊

Sofa was fairly uncomfortable,no space for wardrobe in bedroom, fuse blew when using more than the cooker.Afew tweeks would make this a very good stay,

Comfortable and homely property in a great location close to the seafront and all local amenities.

Limited cooking facilities but not really an issue for us

Great location everything you need. Cosy and clean. Will definitely use again. Fab host nothing too much trouble. Provided us with a fab pork pie crisps and cake on arrival would definitely recommend 👌

Nothing not too like.

Property was clean and cosy. Nice touch with the cake and crisps, tea, coffee, sugar and milk in the fridge. Gary brought round a delicious pork pie which we enjoyed immensely. Location was fantastic, just a short walk to sea front and town centre. On road parking a great bonus. Will certainly think about visiting again next year.

The location was excellent. Shops and EV charging available 10 mins walking distance.

I would have preferred to be able sit outside at the rear of the building more privacy.
