At the very least there were clean towels and sheets.

There was someone in the apartment when we arrived and wouldn't tell us who he was. There was marijuana and tobacco bits all over the felt of the pool table and cigarette butts and cigar ends on the balcony. The beds were extremely uncomfortable as well. Would not stay here again.

Good location - probably about it.

Where do I start? Firstly we booked the accommodation for 7 people (as it sleeps 8) but upon arrival we realised it can sleep no more than 5 people. There are 2 double bedrooms, the sofa bed sleeps 1. There are no extra beds or blow up beds on the property. Be warned if you’re a bigger party. Second, we utilised the washing machine but when we came back to the property the whole place was flooded. We had to use all of our towels to mop it up & when we contacted the host they tried to blame us and say we had opened the washing machine during the spin (not sure how - everyone knows they’re locked) and that they would inspect upon checkout. CHECKOUT? We had no towels and a flooded kitchen & living room & disabled guests who could have slipped & seriously injured themselves. We had to push to get a response from them and finally they sent a plumber who said that a screw was loose which made the pipe come off the washing machine. We never heard from them again - no follow up, no fresh towels & still left to mop up the entire apartment. Third, the property had not been maintained/cleaned in a while by the looks of it - there was little bits of food in the corners of the room & under the sofa, the wardrobe doors were hanging off, the curtains were dirty & inside out - just a general lack of TLC. They still haven’t returned our security deposit despite the horrific experience (I guess they used this to pay for their plumber despite it being their own problem). I would certainly avoid this property again and urge others to avoid it too.

Location

The apartment was not clean enough, beds were very uncomfortable, extra bedding was stained in god only knows what, the snooker table was missing a ball. The maintenance man was in the property when we arrived and we found a load of random items/rubbish under the couch. I would never book an apartment again after this experience.

Dated, dirty, damaged and broken furniture and fixings. Accident waiting to happen.
