Only given 4 towels for 7 people The paddle was broken The outside chair was broken One air bed didn't have a stopper, then other went flat In the night.so slept kn the floor Sofa had stains on which we has to sleep on Only 3 blankets for 7 people No pillows for the extra beds Communication was terrible

The advertised facilities were not included in the stay. No PS4 or table tennis balls were included in the flat. Cleanliness was poor. The floors were so dirty our socks turned black after a few minutes of walking around. We had to mop the floors ourselves. Given that it's advertised for 6 people, there was only x2 small pans in the flat. No cooking knives were provided. All the cups and cutlery were greasy and not washed properly. one of the beds we slept on was so uncomfortable, the springs left bruises on my body. One of the bathrooms doors wouldn't even shut properly. The terrace floor was covered in green algae. One of the toilet rolls had red spots on it. Soap and shampoos provided were almost empty,. It wasn't easy to locate the key box from the instructions.

Tesco express downstairs extremely handy. There was plenty hot water.

Check in instructions were unclear. Once we eventually found the lock box, the key fob was missing. Contacted the owners who got back to us 2 hours later with an alternative location! The sofa was damp, we were told to just throw the mattress topper over it use it. The towels were musty and stained so we had to do laundry. Discovered both washing machine and tumble dryer were already loaded, had to clean filters in dryer to get it operational. The front door wasn't secure, view finder missing just a gaping hole in the door. Carpets and upholstery dirty and stained. Skirtings dirty and furniture scratched and tatty. Hole in the wall below towel rail. Wardrobes both wrecked, doors jammed. Bed slats broken. Cooker dirty and unusable. Radiator in bedroom not working. None of the curtains fitted. We asked for a meeting with the owners at the beginning of our stay, but they ignored our request. This is most definitely not a luxury apartment and I would view the photographs and description with a large pinch of salt. Very disappointed and would not recommend
