Ryba, ryba... :). Niesamowite miejsce od samego wyjścia z busa do zakonczenia pobytu. Świetni ludzie z obsługi (dzieci mówią że Pan animator wymiata), bardzo fajny pokój, super plaża, ekstra basen i calkiem fajna strefa spa. Do tego dodajmy całkiem dobre jedzenie i mozna podsumować że to naprawdę fajne miejsce na mapie Sri Lanki.

Generalnie podobało się wszystko jedyne czego można było by się doszuliwać jako minus że hotel trochę na uboczu ale z drugiej strony ma to swoje plusy :). Obok hotelu znajduje się świietna budka z lodami i postój tuk tuków które zawiozą was wszedzie gdzie chcecie za niewielką opłatą a to już kolejna wakacyjna przygoda :)

The resort is stunningly located and the facilities are amazing. We had a beachfront room with a beautiful view. The rooms are large and comfortable. The bathroom is huge and includes a spa bath. The horizon pool overlooks the ocean. Both are immaculately maintained. We dined a lot in the beachfront restaurant, and enjoyed the massages available onsite. In addition to all of this it was the staff that truly made our stay wonderful. From the pool staff, food staff, management and room staff we could not have been made to feel more welcome, at home and special. Nothing was ever too much to ask and was always responded to with a smile and a laugh.

The family rooms were really nice, with amazing bathrooms. Small hotel, loved the free yoga class in the morning, the spa, the animations by Rushi for the children, the play room. Rushi was exceptional with the kids really. He had so much energy from morning to night, he’s a superstar. The check in ritual was lovely too, very special. The staff was lovely everywhere.

The food service on the beach was very slow and the standard of the à la carte menu was not great but the buffet was good.

Super tolle Strand und Bucht. Super geeignet zum Baden im Meer und einen großen Pool hat es auch das Frühstücksbuffet und das Abend Buffet waren jeweils super. Wenn es manchmal zu wenig Gäste gab, dann gab es Menü, das war okay wir hatten Halbpension das reicht auch. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt, weil das Ressort auch nicht so viele Zimmer hat und daher ist immer alles sehr gechillt, super Stimmung zum Sonnenaufgang und den Sonnenuntergang kann man am rechten Ende der Bucht in einem Beach Café genießen. Wirklich ein super Hotel zum entspannen. Wir hatten die Panoramablick Suite und die war Mega. Ausreichend Platz für Kinder und Erwachsene und ein riesiges Bad allgemein ist es so, dass die Suiten immer im zweiten Stock mit Obergeschoss sind und die Doppelzimmer im Erdgeschoss. Alle waren super freundlich Ruben am Pool und Tanziel an der Beachbar und im Beach Restaurant. Leider konnten wir am Elephant Rock nicht schnorcheln, da die Strömung zu stark war, die Ausfahrt mit dem Katamaran an sich war aber ebenfalls wunderschön unsererseits eine super Empfehlung!

Silly pricing policy for half board and lack of desire for customer satisfaction. I paid a fortune for HB which ended up being 33% more expensive than what they accetually charge at the hotel and you lose all flexibility: all you get is a very average buffet indoor (which costs much less in practice than what they chorged you) and you cannot use the beach restaurant or a la Carte menu. All attempts to get any refund or flexibility from the staff hit a wall, they couldn't care less. Food was very average by the way.
