The apartment was nice and clean, house keeper and staff was very friendly and assisted with what we needed.

The fruit flies were too much. Insect fumigaters would really help. The agent also needs to engage with guest more by responding to queries.

Reception only opens at 8am which greats challenge in getting gate access codes when one wants to leave early.

In the bedroom TV the search history should be cleared. We found gross previous searches when we tried to search for something to watch on YouTube.

Accessibility and cleanliness

The bed was good. And it is a quiet place with good restaurants and pools nearby.

The communication was slow, and you often felt that there was some information that was missing. This makes things more stressful. The security measures are just too much. You need new codes every day to get an Uber to enter the estate. You do not get these codes automatically, so it takes time and effort to plan. Some security is probably needed, but this is at a level that limits you if you want to travel in and out of the estate. There is a smell in the flat that originates from the mould in the shower. This shower is next to your bedroom, so you may be breathing in mould while sleeping. The rest of the flat was fine.
