The property totally didn't meet my expectations. You get Goosebumps from the parking to the rooms. Smell in the bedroom. I left the place 4 days before my departure due to the smell that was not suitable for my health. But the owner tried to sort out the matter, but unfortunately, more work needs to be done.

The toilet is broken and the air conditioner in the bedroom didn’t work. The reception staff are not friendly and when wanted to check out there was no one around.

Everything is perfect about the place .. it’s spacious ..pools are amazing 👌 the view is also lovely

We experienced very poor communication upon arrival we had no scan 😩 at some point we thought we were scammed we travelled all the way from centurion .. Also the aircon was not working 😔

There’s a damp smell that was not particularly nice. There’s hardly any network reception for MTN, the WiFi didn’t work, when Watsapping the host, or person who had made contact, response came hours later, with a password that didn’t work, that was really inconveniencing. The apartments offer an hourly shuttle to the pools and restaurant, I think it should be every 30 minutes. The restrictions inside the Zimbali estate make it impossible to use your own transport to access these. The aircon in the unit is not working properly- the remote didn’t display anything, some buttons don’t work- so you can’t tell what temperature it’s on or what mode it’s on- for KZN heat, aircon is essential. The units towels and mats need to be replaced, barely white or aesthetically appealing. No beach towels offered.
