We asked for an early check-in as it was our daughters graduation. We were quoted £20 an hour so left our bags in the car and changed in Campus toilets. On arrival found we had a 10 minute walk to collect the keys from a shop. Not convenient. The apartment sofa and rug were filthy. There was a basket of dirty washing in the middle of the lounge. A chair had broken legs. One of the sinks had a broken plug which we could not lift so dirty water couldn't drain. All of the blinds to the front of the property had broken cords so could not be raised. In short very disappointing.

We turned up to the apartment and had to travel 10 mins to a shop just to collect the key. We was not told this until we turned up outside. The apartment wasn’t in the best state as the blind was on the floor and a cigarette burn in the sofa. Looked scruffy and unpleasant. It’s been more than a week after we have stayed at the apartment and I’m still waiting for my deposit back after trying to contact them and also ringing them. Not heard a thing back and they have taken the deposit out my account now so will have to raise a dispute, do not book terrible service.

The bed settee was very grubby, there were quite a few broken things which I did report on arrival.

It was dirty upon arrival (food under the sofa, stained sofa) and the products advertised for use had run out (only one coffee pod, no body wash, no hand soaps). One blind was broken but the host kindly confirmed she was aware of this. Two of the three bathroom doors wouldn’t close which is tricky with a group of 8. There were two sofa beds advertised but only one sofa bed and no clear bedding available for this.
