GBThe location
No heating or hot water during our stay (1 night) electric tripped in one of the bedrooms when we tried to turn on the electric radiator in the bathroom when my husband checked there was water coming out of the socket. The filth behind the bed .No welcome pack very substandard for a boutique hotel.minium tea bags on offer coffee pods did not fit the coffee machine no milk no tea towel or washing cloth basic items missing. I have messaged the owners they do not seem interested in any of the above this was not a cheap stay so expected so much more.The sofa was full of stains.
GBLocation was good, although we needed to get taxis as it was juts slightly further out than I usually stay
There was only 1 tea bag. The toilet in the upstairs bedroom was blocked, we unblocked it.
GBGood sized property perfect for big groups was in a perfect location to city centre literally a 2 min walk.
Didn’t like that the check in was not till 4 o’clock and for checking out was at 10 o’clock would expect checking in to be a bit earlier and later check out. However we arrived at just after 2 o’clock and managed to collect the key which was good as we had just done a 3hr drive to get there.

We had no heating at all and the owner didnt respond and we thought it starting working but didnt. So we was absolutely freezing. A radiator had an existing leak and a blocked toilet that got blamed on us when it was already existing! So they charged us £250 for a blocked toilet! Stay away if you want your deposit money back. We also had to walk 20 minutes into the centre of leeds out of the way to get the keys which i also thought was ridiculous. I wiuld avoid this apartment and owner like the plague and wouldnt touch again with a barge pole! All for a stay price of £379 for a non working apartment.

GBLocation was excellent and the rooms were very clean and beds were comfy. Hosts were very attentive and replied to emails very quickly. Key collection was straightforward.
GBGBIt was very nice, clean and spacious, there was 6 of us and we had plenty of space! Haleema was very helpful when we had to drop our bags off early and was always on hand to answer any questions I had.
The only thing that was a bit of a nuisance was where we had to pick the key up from and drop it back off at, as it was a 15 minute walk away from the apartment so I had to get an Uber there and back when picking up the key and dropping it off.
