Excellent 3 bedroom, 3 baths, City Centre, voucher available!

Close to everything we had booked. Plenty of rooms and was clean and tidy.

Nothing about the property but they could have a key book closer to the property so you don’t have to walk all the way through the city centre to collect and drop off. Maybe earlier and later check in times that don’t require additional charges

The location was fab.

Where do I start. We had no hot water during our stay so contacted the owner only to be told that we would have to use the electric shower in one of the bedrooms and she would send a contractor to have a look. Noone turned up so we had one shower between 8 of us during our 2 night stay!! The sofa bed in the living room was disgustingly dirty and covered in stains!! There was no proper bedding for the sofa bed...no pillows or quilt cover. It says it sleeps 8 but it's more like 6. The bedrooms were good sizes but the living room area was too small for 8 people. The whole place needs a makeover and we wouldn't recommend the place to anyone in it's current state! .

The only good thing was the loaction.

Agreed an early check in for 3pm with the host a month before arrival, I text her when we were half an hour away for the key code and she said we couldn't check in until 4. I sent her screenshots of her confirming we could check in at 3 as we had an event booked for 4:30 so needed time to get ready, we also had people waiting at the property who had been driving for 4 hours to be told they have to wait outside. She apologized and said there was new management since we booked even though it was the same person I was communicating with. When we got to the house the cleaner was there, the rooms still weren't ready, bathrooms weren't clean and there was sick on the sofa bed and up the walls from the guests who stayed the night before. The cleaner was still there as we were leaving for our event and when we got back the sofa was still wet with sick meaning we had to go out and buy an airbed for the guest who was supposed to be sleeping there as it is also advertised as 2 sofa beds. 2 people came and met us before the event, they weren't even there for half an hour. The cleaner told the host and the host sent 2 of us staying at the property a text threatening our £250 deposit (a deposit which we didn't know we'd have to pay on booking) by which point the 2 extra people were already out of the house. During the night there was an alarm in the house that was constantly going off meaning we barely had any sleep, there was no hot water either so we had to have cold showers. Absolute joke that we paid over £400 and somehow aren't entitled to a refund.

This is a great apartment in a perfect location! Right by the first direct arena! I would say the only problem is parking as there isn’t any outside the apartment! But other than that it’s great! A group of 8 of us stayed here for a night out in Leeds and was brilliant! Would defiantly book and stay again, thank you!

Had to get the key for apartment from a shop, wasn't given the code to get the gey until several hours after check-in time. Additionally had to pay an extra security deposit, have awaiting to hear new on when this be returned but have not had and communication

Large bedrooms all with en-suite

Everything was great except for Sofa v stained an very uncomfortable

It was quite spacious and in a very central location.

I'm not sure there was enough space for 8 of us. I think it would have been more comfortable if we were 7.

Location and price. Plenty of appliances available for use. Good number of bathrooms.

Beds smaller than expected, stains on the bed settee, no hot water to shower during our visit.
