Windsor Palm Resort 3 miles to Disney 4 Bedrooms

It was close to everything.

Someone stole my grandson’s phone that was left on the table. Also, saw a ctack on the floor, draws falling off the hinges, broken screens, floor boarders falling apart, cable doesn't work, lamp near pool falling off the ceiling and game room wasn't really a gameroom. Otherwise, it looks good on the surface but, when you're in property management it's different. You look.for certain things. I brought my emotional support baby and he said he was charging me a one time fee which I understand however, management was trying to say it was daily. The good thing is I had it documented it said one time.

Location was good

Pool is very dirty and communication is terrible

No water pressure in bedroom with queen bed and the beds were not very comfortable

I was pleased the check-in information was sent prior to my trip. Everything went smoothly without any issues.

The only issue I had was the bugs. It's Florida though I hadn't seen these bugs before. They were tiny almost like an ant or termite. They only appeared in the bedrooms on the nightstand and dresser. I made sure nobody ate in the bedrooms and wiped down the furniture in case there was anything sticky that could possibly left their from a previous tenant. It didn't get rid of the bugs. Someone may want to look into that.

Mieren in hele huis ook in slaapkamer en keuken en keukenkastjes, keukenkraan lek iedere morgen water opruimen, airco was niet zelf instelbaar, geen t.v. ontvangst, verstopt riool, geen gebruik kunnen maken van zwembad en buitenterras wegens defecte horren (muggenplaag), verkalkte douchekoppen. Technische dienst twee keer gebeld, de eerste keer gekomen en de tweede keer niemand meer gezien. Afspraak van uitchecken was 11.00 uur, maar er hingen op 3 plaatsen aantekeningen dat dit 10.00 uur was.
