Beautiful, 3 Bedroom Terrace, 2 minutes walk from Chester train station.

Front door lock was quite awkward..just for the owner to know really

Hosts were very quick to reply, informative and friendly. They allowed us to change dates and check in early and check out late. Easy heating and WiFi. Good location. Budget friendly.

Given high ratings we were very disappointed. Very dirty and tired accommodation. Needs a deep clean throughout and a freshen up of paint/decor/cushions. Kitchen items were sticky and needed to wash everything before use. Toilet seat needs replaced and mildew needs cleaned in bathroom. The bedding and towels were clean otherwise I couldn't have stayed. Only 1 thin pillow per person and as others have mentioned nowhere to hang a coat or clothes. My friend suffers allergies and dust/cobwebs impacted them a lot- I'd suggest replacing carpets or given them a deep clean. The door lock is very difficult to open and the key is very stiff.

The location was convenient, as it was near the train station and close to the city centre;

Cleaning was superficial, carpets not clean and some kitchen surfaces were sticky. It would be useful to have hooks for hanging things in the bathroom and bedrooms. Both the bath and wash hand basin were slow to drain, until we cleared them.

Bathroom is brilliantly clean, hot water. Kitchen is brilliantly clean except a dirty pan.

Parking is the reason, my friend is disabled 😒, beds are terrible awful uncomfortable 😕 a pan is dirty! Dirty cushions! Door inside knob uncomfortable to open 😕 no coat hangers in double bedroom and near the bathroom, no coat hangers too

Communication with the host was great, a good location near the train station and the city center is a walkable distance from the property. Everything is there what you need. We would hear again if we were to visit Chester again. Thank you!

Poor parking options. No clothes rail in 2 bedrooms. Smelt of an odour. Only one bedside cabinet in double room. Weeds growing outside property

Clean and comfortable. Very informative and helpful host.

The lock on the main door was a bit of a problem. Needs fixing.

Location and facilities excellent for our stay. Near train station and bus station and town centre.
