"we couldn't stay"

I Was unable to even get into the property due To the fact that the owners did not give us the code to the key box and we could not contact them on their telephone.We were outside for half an hour Using a four letter code we got in OCtober when we had booked but obviously it was not the code. I have sent two emails to the owners who do not accept responsibility.WE expect a full refund and would never use them again and do not think they should be on your books. hIlary Allen.

tHe fact that having paid our evening was ruined as we couldn't get in.

"It served a purpose."

Location was perfect. Bed was comfortable.

There was no key in the key safe: I had to knock on the door. No towel in room.

"Don't stay here"

The bed springs were sticking in back , 3 days broken sleep ,backache downstairs light and bathroom light not working even afteri complained I want my money back
