Small room in Horfield 3

The location was close to my work place

Can do with improvement to the front garden and provide some where to hang clothes

The room was very reasonably priced so I did not expect luxury. I saw no one apart from two other guests in passing. The lock on my bedroom door stuck and was difficult to use. There were water stains on the ceiling and wall. The bed was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was clean. The shared bathroom was smelly as it was the only bathroom shared between several guests. There was no hot water on the first morning. On the second morning there was good hot water and the shower was fine, Location was very good for me as near to my son and family.

Locks were stiff and difficult to use. Stains on ceiling and on the bedroom wall. Never had any communication with the host. Although I was expected as the front door was open on the latch. I was conscious of someone in the next room coughing throughout the night and thought there must be a sick person in there. If I had known I would have taken the room further away halfway up the stairs.

there was stains on bed sheet and comfort and there was ladies hair on bed as well. washroom also was filled with hair

I liked the location and area.

Room was not clean,, there was girls hair and something on bed some tissue paper was on bed,, we cleaned before going to bed. It looked like Someone already used it but staff didn’t changed bedding.

Nothing

I booked room 3 and they changes me to room 4. When we got there it was dirty the towels where wet there was mould on the walls dirt on the side a toenail on the bed and the radiator was broken the shared bathroom was also disgusting. We emailed them hoping they could do something about it. We ended up buying a new hotel and never got a response from this place. Do not recommend at all!

The kitchen area was clean

No wardrobe in the bedroom and central heating was not on even though there was electrical heating

No staff at all, couldn't get in for the first hour, no hot water. Shocking.
