"I didn’t even turn up to the property"

Nothing i didn’t stay here

I didn’t like the fact that the room was upstairs I booked it from the photos I’d seen and unfortunately i thought it was a ground floor accommodation ad a disabled person who is a wheelchair user it was not possible for me to stay here

Clean house, easy to access.

Didn't have tea/coffee facilities in room. A mirror was also not in the room & only could use a small mirror in the bathroom. Difficult when other guests are using the bathroom. No fans.
