The unit is perfectly located on a dam with amazing views and a lovely wooden deck

The property is described as luxury but I would disagree There was too much furniture and yet no cupboard for clothing There was no water pressure in both the basin in the bathroom and the sink in the kitchen The bedding seemed grubby and was quite smelly

Nobody around except us. Peace and quiet. Great place to unwind. Took our bikes with and rode around during the day. The evenings we just sat outside drinking wine and catching up.

Could have done with a small dining room table and chairs.

The location on the dam. Mike was very accommodating!

Outdoor furniture could have been cleaned prior to arrival, and the glasses and pots had to be washed before being used as they were not cleaned properly.

Lots of open space away from people and other animals. It's perfect for more reactive dogs and big dogs. It is very quiet apart from birds and other obvious nature sounds. We even heard jackals far off and there's a pair of eagles. Reedbuck were on the property far away and Eland on the adjacent property. No animals came close to the property so as to be a concern for dogs (or people)

Although there wasn't an indoor broom or mop available we managed to keep the place relatively tidy with the outdoor super hard bristle broom for the deck. A slightly longer hose pipe outside for rinsing dam water and mud off of doggies would also be really great.

Very nice spot, and nice outlook

Not a lot of fish in the dam, and there is a need for a few things in the kitchen etc.
