Lake House @ Misty Ridge

The unit was quite and cozy ✨️ ☺️, a very nice place for unwinding.

Unfortunately I liked everything 😇

The lakehouse is a very private house with stunning scenery. The house feels very private and secluded. We enjoyed the deck and a cup of coffee most mornings, and the lounger chairs are an excellent idea. The lake house is situated in a valley, and it does get a bit chilly at night. Luckily, there is a heater. As an avid birder, I really enjoyed the place as it offered a lot of water species with it being 400 m from an even larger lake and many different vegation zones, I really enjoyed it. We had an African fish eagle most days by the dam and by the house a real treat. Mike is attentive and comes down swiftly for check-in and check outs. We will be back. Thanks again!

Loved the peace and quiet that the Lake house offered! The scenery was amazing and the accommodation was very comfortable!

Absolute peace!!! And there was a Nespresso pod machine! Mike was absolute gentleman and knowledgeable about the surrounding and nature - what a pleasure!

If I have to find something - no oven, lounge furniture could be more comfortable.

Great location, beautiful views and close to many great hiking trails. Boat house is well equipped with gas braai, fishing equipment and most cooking utensils

No towels were provided and when we asked they were mismatched. No matches to light the stove during loadshedding and the fridge or freezer had a terrible smell like someone had left a fish in there for a while
