The beds were comfortable and the property was clean.

The TV didn’t work - couldn’t get any channels or apps on it. Messaged the host but didn’t get any response. The dishwasher wasn’t working. The shower in the downstairs bedroom was cold and had tape all over it so that the shower head couldn’t be adjusted. The dining table was unstable with one wonky leg which isn’t ideal when you are staying with children. I received a message from the host on check-in day requesting I send over a picture of my ID & a security deposit (with a screenshot of some personal bank details - not a business account). Nothing about a deposit was in the property listing when I booked so I contacted Booking.com customer services who were very helpful and advised that I shouldn’t send any money to the host as it wasn’t it their policy. Booking.com contacted the host to advise that they couldn’t request a security deposit from me.

Közel volt a szállás a fő utcához, ahol sok bolt és étterem lehetőség található. A 4 külön szoba tökéletes csoportoknak. Gyors kommunikáció a szállásadóval. Csendes környék.

Ha 15:00 előtt szeretnél érkezni, plusz pénzt kell érte fizetni, ezt csak aznap tudják megmondani van-e erre lehetőség. 150£ kauciót kért a szállásadó, amit nem jelzett előre, csak akkor adta meg a belépési adatokat, ha ezt elutaltam neki. Hosszas egyeztetés után visszautalta, miután mindent rendben talált. Nem brit számlaszámra bonyolultan küldte vissza a pénzt, levonta az utalás összegét. A konyhában pár háztartási gépre rá volt írva, hogy nem szabad használni. Az étkező asztalnál kevés a szék. A felső emeleten 1 fürdőszoba van, ami az egyik hálószobából nyílik, csak úgy lehet bemenni. Minden ágyhoz 1 takaró jár 2 személyre, ami foltos volt. Valamelyik szobában nem működött rendesen a fűtés. Egyszerre csak 1 ember zuhanyozhatott, különben nem volt elég meleg a víz.

The location

Absolutely appalling stay. The property was filthy, with dirt ingrained in the chairs, liquid dripping onto the cooker, exposed and broken plug sockets, and lamps taped up — extremely unsafe, especially with children. The bed was unusable due to dried wet patches. Management admitted they were already aware of these issues and had maintenance scheduled, yet still took our money without informing us. We would never recommend this property. Avoid if you expect basic cleanliness or safety.
