Modern, very clean apartment in a great location. Everything you need for a short stay. Comfortable beds, smart tv, good hot shower. Fantastic, very helpful, friendly host. We would definitely come back to this apartment

A very nice apartment and very well situated. Spacious, quiet with a lovely balcony. It is very quiet in the nighttime which is also a massive plus.

We liked the balcony, the shower, the building, the elevator, and the bed.

However, it was dirty. The sofa, chairs, hairdryer, dishes, outlets, wallpaper, kettle, plants, faucet handle, iron, and linens were all in poor condition. It was a bit of a shock, especially after reading the glowing reviews, seeing the rather high price, and noticing the word "Luxury" in the listing title. The instructions for obtaining the key were incorrect, so, like many before us, we spent a whole hour outside the building not knowing how to get the key. There is only one key. There is a sign in the apartment with the WiFi password, but that password is incorrect! I had to find the router in the closet and check the password on the back of it—it worked. The sign also lists a number with a WhatsApp label, but that number is not on WhatsApp. I contacted the host through Booking.com, but he responded only two days later. We had asked the host in advance if we could stay a few hours longer since we were waiting for a driver and were ready to pay for it. He said he would give an answer later. In the end, other guests booked the apartment in the meantime, and we had to wait outside with our luggage for the driver. This was especially unfortunate because one of us was in a wheelchair. I understand that this may not be his problem, but we asked in advance, several days ahead, and expected normal, human treatment. Thank you.
