Good location for tourists, close to Wisla river - running at the rive possible. Support on call/ watsapp very responsive and supportive

Almost impossible to find the apartment in the several buildings, big confusion with door codes (everyone is telling you different code and different doors - different code, changing over time), real confusion with parking (different building). Security running reception (?) extremely unfriendly. For polish situation - very costly location. Head of shower broken in shower. Another confusion with internet codes and passwords. The building looks inside like a jail.

Very clean and quiet apartment, great location!

Not so easy to get it with car, and a bit far if you have a lot of stuff.

Modernly furnished, well-equipped accommodation in the Kazimierz district, not far from the center, we were assigned accommodation exactly as it appears in the photos (and it is not a given). Assistance both on arrival and departure, access codes provided remotely. Perfect for a relaxing stay in Krakow, convenient for both attractions and for the restaurants, cafes and clubs that are just a stone's throw away. Highly recommended!

Comfortable, cozy, clean...there was everything necessary. And a huge thank you to the owner for his help and responsiveness.

There was nothing, what we didn't like.

For 5 nights, 2 people only two big towels and 3 toilet paper rolls were offered. The curtains do not block much light in the morning, therefore it is difficult to sleep long.

The apartment is very well located. Tram stop 4 minutes away and the food market across the street is really good (and convenient when getting back late from tours). The apartment is a good size and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Krakow.

Almost everything

It’s not easy to get to the apartment. There is a side street which is not easily identifiable. The tel number to the reception is not provided, only the number to the manager who is not based there.

This apartment has almost everything you could want.

Very minor things. A clearer description of how to gain entrance. A tea towel would have been useful. Otherwise fantastic.

This place was even better than I expected. It is extremely well cared for, closer to the Jewish Quarter than I imagined (it’s right in it), it’s outfitted well with modern appliances (a half-dishwasher and a washing machine were welcome). It’s ultra modern, looking like an IKEA showroom. And well outfitted with plugs and lighting for electronics. Balcony overlooks courtyard and apartment is quiet. Communication and help from property agent Adrian was excellent. This is a perfect holiday stay at an amazing price. I chose quickly because my husband developed leg problems and I canceled the other apartment I booked because it didn’t have an elevator. This one does. Hints for neighbourhood : this a district is now filled with restaurants and bars, especially busy on weekends. You can walk to them from this apartment but you don’t hear them. If you want to go anywhere else and don’t feel like walking it’s just a $5 to 8 taxi ride on FreeNow or Bolt. We used tram once. You can buy tickets on tram.

Only neg-we had trouble getting in on arrival because one has to go to another address to pick up the key from the property desk. Our taxi driver figured out the building was adjoining and one can walk through to this building.
