"Great place to stay"

Great apartment, excellent location, old town and castle accessible by foot. Paid private parking next to apartment from the other side of the building. We followed detailed instructions how to check in so we managed to do it on our own. We enjoyed the stay and recommend for others

The old man at the reception was extremely helpful even though they did not understand English. They made all efforts to help us get checked in. The location of the apartment is good with easy access to the tram and a number of great restaurants. The building feels very secure with well lit hallways and number key access at all points.

The pillows could have been of better quality. When we arrived the access to the building to collect the keys was snowed in and we had to lug out luggage in with a lot of effort. But we soon understood it is a Krakow thing :)
