We arrived to check in, we’re left outside for almost 2 hours waiting for someone to get in touch with check in details. Gave up in the end and booked elsewhere. Avoid!

We were booked to stay here for one night; I received a phone call that day to tell me the property was unavailable due to damage and "Luke" promised he'd find us another property to stay in or refund double the amount we paid to enable us to book somewhere else at short notice. The properties he sent over did not have enough beds so we agreed to cancel the booking instead (and I booked somewhere else at a significantly higher cost). Three weeks later I have yet to receive the additional refund and "Luke" has not answered any of my messages or phone calls. The Booking.com team sent a message asking for feedback so I supplied details of the above but have heard nothing further from them either. As of July 6th I remain out of pocket with no hope of resolution.

The house is big, good price to pay for number of people staying, good parking, clean inside and comfy beds.

Good value for money nice beds fast wifi and free parking.

The Netflix was not working I had to log into my own account.

Lots of parking comfortable beds clean house.

It’s a little hard to find.

There were only 6 wine glasses

It was close to the motorway the supermarket and town, plenty of space free marking, clean towels and linnens comfortable bed big TV’s and great value for money. Would highly recommend.
