"Terrible service, did not end up staying"

We arrived and the owner never answered calls, texts or messages on booking.com . We were waiting hours outside for them to contact us back but got nothing at all. Ended up getting a hotel and im now struggling to get a refund. Still not heard from the owner either. Do not stay here

We stayed for 1 Night! - less than 24 hours, still asked for a £300 Damage Deposit - Which we have still not gotten back!! The inside of the property was very nice and comfortable - outside of the property was disgusting, the door barely locked, didn’t leave anything valuable in the property as had no trust in the door security.

The £300 damage deposit was completely unnecessary and I have still not received this back, I am currently ringing every day to get this back, and working with booking.com to get it back. This is disgusting how the communication has been completely cut now and I cannot get in contact to receive this deposit back. Seems like an utter scam, do not book this property, and booking.com needs to get rid of this from their site because I am another victim of being scammed from their ‘damage deposit’ .

They asked for a £350 deposit and said they will refund it after 7 days. But they never did.

It was a nice and clean property Situated just off ring riad It was right for our group Value for money.

It only had one bathroom and one toilet. I could not get hold of the management about key pick up and drop off. I had been trying for two days before It was stressful Not hot deposit back yet
