"The best spot for R&R"

This is our favorite hotel to come relax, enjoy the sunshine, and the team takes care of everything you can imagine!!! From the butlers, to the waiters, and pool staff! We will return again and again. A gem of a hotel. Perfect couples getaway.

"We love Casa Maat!"

We love Casa Maat! This was our second visit, and we are headed there again in April of 2025! This hotel is pristine clean and has a great view of the ocean from the pool. The service level is great- even down to being remembered for what our preferred drinks were at breakfast and dinner. Love the close proximity to San Jose. Also love they check you in and out of the hotel when you grab your Ubers- extra layer of safety we appreciated. Gym is still a bit warm but lots of equipment including spinning bikes which I always love having the option. We didn’t use the butler service as we didn’t have occasion to, but they were nice and checked in on us. It’s my go- to hotel in San Jose. We can’t wait to return. For reference I’m Lifetime Titanium, but I think the level of service is that everyone there is treated like a VIP. See you in April!

"Relaxing time with beautiful beach views and fun in downtown SJ del Cabo"

This was our second visit to Casa Maat. We love the peacefulness of the resort and pool area. Beautiful views and wonderful poolside service. Breakfast buffet is great. Christian, Carlos, Luis and Ana made our stay quite enjoyable. Francisco checked in with us everyday to see how he could be of help in making reservations, etc.

No A/C and it was 90 degrees. Room smelled like wet / mold, etc. Kind of hard to get to.

Property is beautiful. Nice quiet pool area, very relaxing. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options in which to choose. Service was excellent. Missed some amenities due to Hurricane Norma however staff was still very active making sure the guests has a wonderful experience.

Dinners could use some improvement. Perhaps fewer courses with a more focused main. Downtown SJ del Cabo has wonderful restaurants so we usually prefer to go into downtown at night anyway. Air conditioning is being worked on to improve comfort in room.

"Would come back next time and bring our boys!"

Beautiful property, excellent service! Staff paid attention to every little detail and are very lovely. Loved having breakfast with a view every am and the rose was delicious.

There were a lot of flies around the food, perhaps maybe keep the area closed?
