Casa Maat At JW Marriott Los Cabos Beach Resort & Spa

Good experience and great value! As everyone has mentioned, super friendly staff from the pool guys (Luis, Omar, Zitatli, Adrian) to the restaurant (Antonio, Oscar, Samanda, Monse, Anahi and the juice gal). Food was mostly hits (occasional misses for dinner) but you won’t go hungry. Beautiful location, clean rooms, and you’ll always find a pool chaise. Great option for a boutique hotel that’s mostly all-inclusive!

From arrival to departure, our time at Casa Maat was phenomenal. The service from everyone was great - especially Zitlali, Antonio, Omar, Ricardo - who were stellar. Everyone was attentive but casual and made the whole experience relaxing and fun. Drinks at Niparaya bar were always a treat and Jesus was a delight. It was sad to leave and come back to reality, but I can't wait to return to enjoy this special place. Thanks for making my first visit such a good one.

While I’ve stayed at this property before, it’s truly always such a pleasure to return. This trip really was even better, ZITLALI, Omar, Ricardo, Antonio were simply providing top notch and perfect service. We didn’t want and/or need for anything. Service was prompt, attentive yet casual enough that we didn’t feel they were overbearing. The butler’s, dinners, drinks at the Niparaya bar with Jesus in the evenings - we can’t ask for more. Never want to leave and can’t wait to return. Such special destination always!

This is always the best experience I ever have at a resort! The view and property is amazing but it’s the staff that does it! From the moment you land in Cabo the butler team Abraham, Jesus, Fransisco, and Ricardo are all taking care of you (even help us set things up before we left!) the pool team Luis, Omar, Adrian always set up our area so nicely and Antonio and Zitlali were so amazing they anticipated any and everything we could need. Antonio always took care of us at dinner and they just make it feel like a home away from home.

My wife and I recently stayed at Casa Maat which is the first time we have been there since it changed from the Griffith club. We were not disappointed. The total experience was outstanding. From the moment we arrived we were treated with exemplary service. Our personal butler was Francisco and he was bright cheerful and full of information. He went out of his way to make our stay memorable. He answered every question and request we had and made sure our celebration of our birthdays and anniversary were something we would always remember. From there we met most of the staff over the next 5 days and were not disappointed. They went out of their way to make our stay feel like we were at home. Abraham, Zitlali, "YoungerAdrian", and "Older Adrian", (that how we had to reference when there was confusion on which Adrian), Omar, and a very special Antonio along with everyone at Mayma Lounge. Each and every person went out of their way to make our stay special. No request was dismissed and no questions went without answers. Each meal and every drink was served with a smile, laugh and obvious care. By the time we were ready to finish our trip my wife and I were sad to leave what had become our Casa Maat family. They truly ended up being like family to us. I cannot express how special we felt during this trip. I would highly recommend a trip to Casa Maat and would especially look for all these people during your stay. We left our stay but vowed to return likely again this year. Because waiting another year would be way to long to see the beauty of the area, the specialness of the resort but most importantly the people who absolutely are now part of our extended family.

Had the pleasure of spending five days over the Memorial Day holiday at the Casa Maat! The service here is amazing.. Three free meals a day is a really nice touch and the servers go above and beyond to make sure that you have plenty. The breakfast is amazing with everything you can think of including a chef to make omelettes, pancakes, etc. When we got here, we had a slow start with our butlers, but Francisco really stepped up and was able to recommend some local must see places and tours. They are all very nice and you just have to be very clear on what you're looking for so that they can help you plan. Spent a day at the JW adult only pool (next door) and this IS NOT a reflection of Casa Maat but that place service is not good as we waited hours for them to take up our pool food and nearly had to beg for drinks . They also have severe cockroaches. (JW NOT CASA MAAT )!! a lady I befriended captured one out of the swimming pool and Upon walking back from dinner one night in the dark, I used my flashlight and there were tons on and beside the pool . They need to do some pest control, but again I've never seen any Evidence of bugs at Casa Maat. Casa Maat is clean and well kept. Housekeeping does a wonderful job . Special shout out to Adrian (younger) and Zitalii at the pool for working VERY HARD to make sure guest had a positive experience. They literally do not go more than five minutes without refilling your cup. Thank you, JW Casa Maat for a wonderful experience.

We have always loved our stays at Casa Maat. You can’t beat the service - staff is attentive, helpful, and friendly. Snacks and drinks served poolside all day. Great activities including cooking classes and cocktail making with mezcal. Rooms are spacious and all have ocean views.

Our entire experience here was fantastic. From our very first walk on the beautiful property, we knew this would be a fabulous trip. We met our butler, Francisco, and he was an amazing part of our trip! We truly felt like we were on a luxury vacation without having to lift a finger. The food and drink were fantastic, the performances beautiful, and the entire staff contributed to my friend’s beautiful wedding weekend. We cannot wait to come back!

We had a fantastic time at the Casa Maat - I cannot recommend this hotel enough!! From start to finish, the service was impeccable and everyone worked around the clock to make ours and everyone else’s stay memorable. The benefits here don’t receive as much recognition as they deserve. We arrived onsite to welcome drinks and an introduction to our personal butler service. Each day the hotel offers a different fun afternoon activity - we personally did the free massages by the pool and the wine tasting, but everything looked cool (there was a cocktail making class)!! The food was also great, including lots of breakfast options (i had the best French toast of my life here) and 3 course dinners every night with live music (my personal favorite were the nights with the saxophone player)!! The drink privileges are also super great - free cocktails from 6-8 and free wine/beer/mimosas/non alcoholic drinks all day. It’s also super nice being in such a secluded and peaceful hotel with the ability to walk across to the JW Marriot side whenever you want more socializing/music or to grab lunch (people who stay at the Marriot are not able to walk over to your side which makes it feel super private and luxurious)!! Side note, the hotel rooms are beautiful and the beds are SO COMFORTABLE!! The only thing that would enhance the experience would be free airport transportation to and from the hotel, but honestly, the transportation fee is a small price to pay to stay here. The entire Casa Maat staff is absolutely lovely. You can tell everyone who works there is truly happy to be there and to service their guests - specifically I’d like to shoutout Jesus, Francisco, Tina, and Antonio for making our stay so special, but the entire Casa Maat staff were truly so attentive, kind, and delightful to be around. You absolutely must stay here!!
