Casa Maat At JW Marriott Los Cabos Beach Resort & Spa

Everything was incredible. The hotel is spectacular and the service is superb!!!! The amenities are amazing and we had such a good time!!! Abraham Jesus and Ricardo were very nice and attentive. Breakfast incredible and guacamole and ceviche too. The only thing I would give as feedback is that the dinner in Casa Maat was not at the same level as everything else, it could be improved! We spent a full week at Casa Maat with our two teenagers, it was a vacation of a lifetime. The property and location are perfect. We had an ocean front suite and a separate ocean front room for the kids. We started every day at the gym, which is at the adjoining JW, and then brunch. The brunch is amazing. Some of the freshest food we have ever enjoyed. The food throughout the day is good, not a true lunch, but no one went hungry. We golfed at the course right by the hotel, took a snorkeling tour out of the harbor, went down to Cabo San Lucas, went to the art night in town, had a spa day and rented jet skis. The property itself is very quiet. At times, we had the pool to ourselves. The guests were mainly couples. The kids would have preferred a more lively hotel but also appreciated the beauty of Casa Maat. We ate dinner at the hotel most nights, again the food was excellent. A must do is Flora Farms which is a quick Uber ride away. We took Ubers the entire trip and had no issues. The staff is amazing and knew us all by name and even had nicknames for the kids. I cannot wait to return.

Simply a wonderful stay! The Casa Maat entire staff was so attentive and friendly. We were welcome from the moment we arrived. Thank you Casa Maat! We will be back. This is our 2nd family vacation at Casa Maat. My kids are older (18+) and loved that the spa had a cold plunge, sauna and steam room that is included in your stay at Casa Maat! There were also a bunch of families with younger kids. There is a game room and 3 pickle ball courts. So much to do! The food at the resort is excellent. Restaurants are through out the property. MarHumo prepared a couple tuna and dorado we caught. They did an excellent job on the sashimi! Their Parker house rolls are amazing too. I highly recommend Casa Maat. Literally our best family vacation in a long time!

This was our family’s second stay at Casa Maat in Cabo San Lucas, and once again it was absolutely outstanding! The property is, of course, stunning…. but what truly makes Casa Maat unforgettable is the exceptional service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcome and cared for, often anticipating our needs before we even asked. They make us feel less like guests and more like family. A heartfelt thank you to Jesús, Antonio, Zitali, Luis, Omar, Adrián, Adrien, Ricardo, Abraham - you are the best and deliver the gold standard in hospitality. Our room was beautiful, the dining was phenomenal. We’ve traveled the world, and Casa Maat has earned its place as our absolute favorite hotel anywhere. We can’t wait to come back!

Not much. Wish the rooms had a better way to control mosquitoes, but can't really blame them for that. The facilities (the pools in particular) could desperately use some TLC.

A+ service and relaxing atmosphere. Staff are the best we've experienced in Cabo, for sure. Spa is right next door, steps away, and wonderful! Spa is small and relaxing with not too many patrons. Very clean! Has steam room, sauna, hot tub and cold plunge in the locker rooms and small private lap pool and relaxing pool with jet massagers in between the resorts. From the big smiles on the welcoming check-in staff (thank you Maria and Sinue), to the down to earth butler staff (thank you Ricardo, Jesus, Abraham!), to the very accommodating servers (thank you Zitlali, Antonio, Juan & the amazing Regina!), they really are the stars of this property! It is like a hotel within a hotel (access to the larger JW hotel is included but not the other way around). Much quieter at Casa Maat which we found perfect! The included food and drink options can definitely be improved and should be, but they are by no means bad, just lacking. The service makes up for it. Dinner service needs a few extra servers but the few servers that were on during our dinners did amazing for definitely being short staffed. Management needs to make it easier on them, for sure, so dinner service can be smoother and more enjoyable for all. Breakfast buffet was good, just needs to be more mindful of keeping things cool throughout. Lunch consisted of either shrimp cocktails or ceviche and chips and guac which were all good. Needs more non-alcoholic choices and blended options and juices or clamato, for example, should be included. Open bar during dinner from 6-8pm was great, and special thank you to Carlos for making the special runs for the blended virgin piña coladas! So all in all, this is a great property because of its caring and attentive and down-to-earth staff! With a few additions and improvements this place can be out of this world!

OUTSTANDING! I am a frequent traveler to Los Cabos. This was my first experience at Casa Maat. I have found my new home in Mexico! The service was outstanding with true professionals fulfilling every task from. reception to housekeeping. The pool service was noteworthy which was important because we spent a lot of time poolside. I highly recommend this property!

Abraham, Ricardo, Jesús and the whole casa maat familia butlers made our experience and trip perfect with their excellent service. They would respond to WhatsApp messages promptly for anything we needed. Cannot wait to stay again!

Casa maat at the jw marriott was incredible! Amazing service, we appreciated jesús, Roberto, Antonio and all of the staff! They all felt like family. Amenities were top notch, spa was beautiful, the complementary food throughout the day was delicious. We will be back!
