Costa Hollywood - Worth Traveling - Rooftop Pool- Gym

We stayed there for 5 nights. Overall, great location, clean room and great communication with the host.

No replacement towels and toiletries.

The location was great. The rooftop pool and bar was great.

Proximity to the beach!

There was no breakfast included.

There was no extra blankets or pillows for the pull out couch/bed. Thee was no washing machine or dishwasher detergent. Most places I've been to include a sample. The pots and pans were very old and scratched. There was no spatula, no large mixing/stirring spoon. There were no oven mitts, making it very difficult to cook even a small meal. The silverware was old, worn and nothing matched. There were no wine glasses. There was no keurig or regular coffee pot, we brought our own coffee and could not use it. The only coffee pot was a hotel type 1 cup coffee maker and the very small carafe did not fit under the pour spout. We had to go buy coffee every morning. The dining room chairs were old and the faux leather was so work you could see the stuffing inside. There was only 1 trash bag, a very small one at that, and no extras when that one was full. The bath towels were very small, very worn and not soft at all. The wi-fi password was not listed anywhere.The only parking was valet and we had to tip them everytime we wanted to come in/out.

Уборка в номере не производилась. Возможно это было где-то написано, но мы не нашли. На ресепшене сказали, что в нашем блоке апартаменты кому-то принадлежат и отель не отвечает за уборку. Постельное бельё и полотенца принесли на замену на пятые сутки. Просто занесли в мешке в номер.
