A beautiful home in a beautiful setting. Amanda was lovely and ready to help if needed.

The location is everything and more. From my bedroom I enjoyed fields with grazng Canada Geese from the adjacent RSPB Pagham Harbour Reserve. It really is that close. There is a short walk down a quiet lane to the start of a raised path to a hide overlooking breathtaking vieww over the marsh land. St Wilfred's church is on your right as you walk down to the marsh and then out on to the Shingle bank and spit. I walked to Selsey along the England Coastal Path.. What a treat. Amanda was outstanding as a host and she is creating an even more amazing experience with her new indepent entry facility. Very exciting and will please even the most picky client. Loved the Elms and am intending to rebook soon.

This is a fabulous place to stay. The room was beautifully appointed with Asian furnishings and it was spotlessly clean. Friendly lady owner looked after us very well. Quiet and peaceful location. Thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful, quiet, rural location with easy walking to RSPB nature reserve and beach. Our charming, Chinese-inspired room was compact, but fine for our two night stay, with a very comfortable bed. Our hostess was lovely with excellent local knowledge of where to visit and eat. We hope to return soon.

The radiator thermostat was broken by the previous guest. We know a repair was in hand, so this shouldn't be a problem in the future.

Very nice bedroom of an very high standard. All was very clean and tidy. Bathroom was amazing. Host was very firendly and helpful. Recommended.

We arrived in dark and there was no obvious sign we were in the right place - a promenant name sign would have helped although satnav did take us to exactly the right place as were we advised it would. Was a tad cold to start with but host turned up the heating.

Lovely themed room with comfy bed and (not en-suite) large private bathroom with big double ended bath. Short walk to a long secluded shingle beach and rspb area. Very accommodating lovely hostess.

No access to cupboards to hang garments.

A lovely welcoming host with a wealth of knowledge on the area, she made some recommendations of some nice places to visit & eat. Lovely quiet setting, perfect if you love nature walks.

The property was very clean. The bathroom was huge and had a bath and a shower. It is set in the most beautiful of gardens.
