Good location

The apartment design and kitchen are nice, the roof top has a nice view. The location is great, with good walking and transport options. The AC worked well, and the WiFi was ok. A Filtered water tap was very helpful.

Our room was quite dirty when we checked in, including stains and hair on sheets, and on spare blankets. Floors were dirty, and there was hair in drawers etc. Because we arrived in Sunday night, no one responded until the next day. Thankfully they did schedule a cleaning at that point. The furniture and furnishings were in bad repair. The laundry room is only open from 6am-1pm, and two of the washers did not work (only one set) so it was essentially impossible to clean your laundry. They lock up the doors after 1pm.

Did not honor reservation and hotel cancelled stating a prompt refund would be issued. So far -3weeks- no refund

Location and amenities

Everything was great

The apartment had modern furnishing and a filtered water tap. The building is located on a main street near the train station and metrobus station, so it was safe and easy to get around. There are plenty of food options ranging from street stalls to local restaurants. Walkable to Condesa and Roma Norte. The Blueground Support team (Ariel, Leom, Emerson) was incredibly helpful and professional to my questions and issues. They resolved all my problems during my stay.

There isn't a proper front desk where you can check-in, ask questions or resolve your issues. There's only the building security that can't help much with your reservation. I ran into some issues with checking into my apartment. If you have any problems, you need to contact the Blueground Support team via phone or WhatsApp (I recommend calling them).

The location was good, the apartment itself was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Nice and spacious little apartment

The fact that they provided us with two small single plied toilet paper for a week stay for 3 people and then if you need more you have to buy it yourself. Then elevator not working for a little over a day, water also stoped working for about a day, laundry room did not work also and it was part of the amenities, one elevator smelled like there was a dead animal stuck in it. WiFi did not work when trying to log in apps for about two days until they said to try a different WiFi.
